Yes it is possible. All you have to do is use „i don´t know the dates" option in the main search menu. If you do so you will be able to see the list of all the apartments in our offer.
When you enter the apartments description on the left side of our internet website there is a map with apartments location - you can use that. Other option is to click on the right side of the website where is a link to the apartment-building with the detailed description of the building´s location and all the extra facilities.
Yes it is possible. After choosing the dates and number of people you will see all apartments available in this period. On the left side of the website you can find a search menu – you can choose all criteria you are interested in such as location, extra facilities, and apartment type.
Standard prices on our website are prices for one night in the apartment.
In some periods of the year we have special promotion called "package for 2", which is cheaper than standard price. If there is no promotion in the period of your intrest you have to pay standard price for the apartment, or ask our staff for discount because you might get a better deal.
Family package is a special discounted price made for families with kids (a pack of maximum 2 adults and 2 kids under 16 years old).
The price on our websites are complex prices for one night in the apartments including: towels ( one big and one small per person), final cleaning, parking spot, fully equipped kitchen. We don´t add additional charges such as cleaning, parking, etc. Only one exception is a city tax ( for Zakopane 2 pln, and 1,5 pln for Kościelisko) and deposit (returned on the day of the arrival).
A city tax is a tax taken from people staying longer than 24 hours in city of Zakopane or Kościelisko. This tax is collected in Polish cities with special climate, or weather conditions whom makes those areas good for tourism and recreation.
Deposit is a temporary fee taken from you on the day of your arrival and returned on the day of your departure. This is kind of insurance for the standard of the apartments, apartment´s keys and the facilities within flat.
No. We do not server breakfast in our apartments. Each flat is fully equipped with all the necessary things to make food on your own.
We do not take any reservation fee, using our websites in free and we guarantee the lowest price possible.
Children under 4 years old are free of charge if they sleep with parents on in cribs. Older children are charged as normal adults, but check out price table carefully since we have a lot of special deals for families.
Yes we have minimum length of the rental. It is based on the time of the year, and it is minimum 5 nights in most popular periods, and 3 nights in less popular months.
Yes it is possible but it all depends on the period and length of stay. Each request is treated individually. In case of booking a short stay please contact us via email or phone.
No, we do not rent apartments for one night. Minimal stay is 2 nights.

Next to the description of each apartment you can find a button "reserve an apartment". After clicking on it you will see a reservation form to fill in. Please fill in the form and send it to us, we will respond within 24 hours.
After sending a reservation form, you will see an information on our website that you managed to send a form and we will respond within 24 hours. You should also receive an email confirmation about us receiving your reservation query.

Yes as your booking confirmation we require a prepayment of 1/3 of the total price for the stay. You should pay it within 24-48 hours after receiving a booking confirmation from us.
By email we send only or bank account details but yes it is possible to pay via credit card as well. you would like to do so, please inform us while making a reservation. We use a paypal system for credit card transaction and we will send you a special link to make the payment.
Yes. We do not require you to pay a prepayment while making a booking. You have 24 hours to do so, so you can pay via money transfer to our bank account.
It is possible but only one month before the stay will start. After this period all changes (like cancellation, date changes etc) are not possible. If you decide to cancel your booking anyway we have a right to keep your prepayment.
Yes it is possible to change the dates, but only up to one month before the arrival. After this period it is not possible to change your booking , but in special cases we might change this rule – so if you have a problem with the reservation´s date please contact us.
Check in starts 4 pm, and check out is till 11 am.
Yes, but is all depends on the reservations in the apartment and the resident schedule (person who is responsible for letting you inside and apartament).
Till 10b pm. It is also possible to check in after 10 pm, but with and additional free of 30 pln between 10 pm and midnight, and 50 pln beetwen midnight and 6 am.
No it is not. All of the apartments listed on our websites are non smoking apartments. If apartment consist of balcony or terrace you can smoke there, but smoking inside is forbidden.
It all depends on the apartment, some accept pets some don´t. It will be written in apartment description as well as there will be an icon of the dog or crossed dog in "equipment" section.
Yes, it is possible to rent a crib free of charge in every apartment – you just need to make a request for it while making a reservation. You can also check the apartments with "baby package" because they have more equipment for parents traveling with kids from: toys, to small bath and feeding chair.
